Ann was the buyer agent when I purchased my house 11 years ago, and recently was the listing agent to sell the same home. She got us a full price offer after only two showings and less than a week on market. She did extensive research before meeting with us, and communicated clearly on pricing strategy. Her negotiation skills were exceptional and she guided us through each step in the process. She also arranged a contractor for home repairs. She kept the entire selling process low stress for us and was very responsive to our questions. If we could give more stars we would. If you are looking to sell, call her and she will get it sold! Ann was a great agent. She walked us through the whole process. Being from out of state, she helped us with any and all questions! Buying a house isn't always a walk in the park. I feel like this sentence perfectly described our home buying process. There were honestly days that I wasn't sure I was going to be able to get my wife the house she wanted. Ann became our realtor by complete accident! We went to look at this house in Petal, Mississippi that she just happened to be showing and while the house wasn't for us her honesty, kindness, and overall great personality led us to want her to be our agent! She gave me the number of a great lender that made everything work out! After looking at about a dozen houses and having our hearts broken because of cash buyers or stubborn sellers we finally found our house! We closed a few days ago and I couldn't be happier with how everything went and how Ann truly had our best interest in mind in all situations we were in. Ann was knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. For us, this was a cross country move with a particular timeframe and budget. She was available to provide virtual showings for houses we were interested in. When we were able to make it to town, we had a marathon day of showings that Ann was more than prepared to execute. I'm of the opinion that all moves are chaotic (after doing so several times) having someone like Ann can help you breathe easier in a time where things can already feel very unknown. Her thoughts gave us confidence to make decisions in a place that we didn't have the time to get to know before moving. Also, I felt like she prioritized our needs as buyers each step of the way.
